Galaxy 2011 Powerrshift to manual transmission conversion

Hello, I need information how to convert powershift gearbox to manual in Galaxy MY2011.

I have already reconfigured BCM and IPC but PCM is still unchanged. I now have a U2101 and U0101 error. I've already done programming PCM (BG91-12A650-PG) by ids but it's still recognized as Powershit. If anyone knows what I missed, please help me.

Jag XF Meridian retrofit

Hi guys! I wish to install meridian 380w to my jag 2013 x250 with base 8ch amp. I already changed amp to bj32-19c164-ag (12high) from 2013 jag. Also i tried to change ccf file in my car. I found this options and changed them: subwoofeer without > with; amp trademark mid > high. Nothing changes. No sub option in menu. Then i found "radio, amp, sound system" and change "mid" to "high..." Now there is no sound at all) what's wrong with it?

Neighbours one keeps faulting P2564 Boost controller circuit "A". He's changed turbos but still no good

Hey guys!

I'm in desperate need of getting my PCM reflashed. It's a 2000 Ford E350 7.3 powerstroke diesel. Does anyone know where I can get the flash file for the PCM? 

Because of the time year I can't find any shops open and I need this can to run to move very soon.

Ford Transit New Shape Permanent Live Feed

Hello,

Apologies if this has already been covered somewhere but i have a specific problem with the new shape Ford Transit Vans and looking to see if anyone has any experience with them?

I require a Permanent Live feed to power a GPS Tracker, the Live feeds i have found currently all go to sleep when the vehicle doors are closed & locked (i think Headbang) currently we use the feed on the back of the heater controls but obviously this isn't suitable.

ideally looking for someone in the know to say "you need the yellow and red cable in the loom behind the glove box" kinda thing.

problem TCM ford fusion

someone can help me, I have a problem in a ford fusion, the car has automatic manual gearbox, he stopped changing the gears, he has replaced the clutch and the main pump of the gearbox, later with ford ids he I went to perform the adaptive values of the asm and he begins to do the following:
clutch circuit purge is performed correctly
synchronization and learning of the box of changes does it correctly
but the last step of the coupling clutch does not realize, ours an error, ford ids says to start the engine and put the lever in auto, I perform the steps but it shows error, when the car starts in the instrument cluster the N starts flashing, afterwards it also shows some dtc in the TCM
clutch wear
software incompatibility
asm functions not completed
Can someone tell me what can I do to solve the problem?
Attached picture of the parameters of the TCM and number of vin, can someone tell me if I have to change any parameter?

Ford Focus III 2.0 TDCI 140HP change into 163 HP version Engine dw10c

Hi!

As everyone knows Ford DW10C engine that came into 
Ford Focus III 
Smax
Kuga 
etc
has a version like 140 hp and 163hp

This engine on both version are same the only thing is other BCM coding maps in ECU are exactly the same. 

I do have ELMconfig, FORD IDS online and UCDS clone.
(I bought ori UCDS but still wait on shipping)

HOW to convert 140hp version to 163 ? 

Normally UCDS shoud do it but my version if i go into Ford Focus PCM programming>read VID>> does not find similar version (Software 1.26)


So i want to find out how to convert 140HP into 163HP using ELMCONFIG and IDS.

Does anyone know how to do it using ELMCONFIG AND IDS? 

On internet i cannot find any info with manual step by step.

What tool to sync ford immo? ECU original (edc16c34), immo has 2 keys, fault is immo code mismatch. I have fvdi clone, x300DP+, bosch, autocom. what tool possibly can sync immo? Thank you

2007 Ford Everest 2.5 TDCI Dead ECU

Need help on what could have caused a dead ECU.

Car came to us with rough running complaint. After replacing 4 CR injectors, dash lamp turned on then off when we turned on ignition switch. 20 ampere fuse was also blown.
We checked injector harness for short to ground and short to +12V....harness was OK.

Please share a tip on possible cause of ECM failure........ Thanks

Ford Transit calibrating used ECU

Hello guys, I think I need a Ford specialist.

The situation is a bit complicated, I'll explain it:
The car is 2013 Ford Transit, 2.2 TDCI. After a damaged engine, they replaced the engine + whole ECU kit (ECU, BCM, Keys, etc.) from an 2010 Transit and the car was running normal, everything worked ok.
Then i used to turn DPF off and killed the ECU in reading attempt, so I have no backup. I bought used ECU with same numbers (labels attached), did PATS initialization and programed the keys with IDS, car started so far. Then I turned DPF off in the software, did the engine adaptations and so on. Now, the car has strange DTC-codes which weren't there before, engine starting is bad, and no power. Could it be, that the calibration file is not for that engine, which is in the used ECU? I would try to reprogram the PCM with IDS, but how to find the right callibration file? I don't have the VIN from the replaced ECU-kit when they replaced with the whole engine, maybe i can find by reading out the BCM. After initialization with PATS, i also found an other VIN in the ECU dump, maybe this is the VIN which I am looking for.

VIN used ECU: WF0XXXTTFXAA71828
maybe VIN ori ECU: WF0XXXTTFXAP13026

Can anybody help me, which are the next steps to program the proper file in the PCM. I have working VCM2 with Ford IDS and callibration files V106, Launch, X17, VVDIprog, Xprog, etc.
If you need more information about the vehicle, I'll check and post.

Ford Ecosport 1L 3Cylinder Torque Settings

hi guys does anyone have torque settings for Bigends and Main bearings for Ford Ecosport 1L 3Cylinder ? 

Haynes Pro and Autodata does not give this , they say you must not strip the crankshaft out ... and in this case the Sub engine needs to be bought new ...

Does anyone have torque settings they have used that worked ??

Hello.
I have a strange problem i Have a Range Rover Sport petrol 5.0 and I have DTC on the PCM but the engine light doesnt turn on. I no ia strange but i have switch of some things like EGR MAF sensors and pressure sensor and 1 injector but the light dont Go on.... Can anyone tell me how to turn it on????
