Ford Mondeo 2.0d 85kw 2006 dpf problem

hello,
We just removed DPF and bought new file for this car. But engine light is still on.
No fault codes. File sellers tells me that i need to make force regeneration or renew of dpf on original file and after that i can write new moded file.

But i cant to regeneration or renew DPF. I have Autocom and Multidiag. There is no option for that.

What i can do with this car? I need to buy oem diagnostic for Ford?

Ford Fiesta gearbox swap

Hi,
I need help. I swap Ford Fiesta gearbox from Powershift to 5 Speed Manual.
I already change parameter in As-built from Automatic to Manual gearbox.
The engine can start and drive. But drive not smooth. I think PCM calibration file need to change to Manual gearbox too.
Do you known how to flash calibration file of manual gearbox to PCM via IDS?

Hi all,

I hope somebody could help me with the wiring diagram for the BEM (body electronics module) for a ford ranger 4.0i v6 petrol.

I do have the wiring for the earlier model where the bem has 18pins.
The later model's bem has 24 pins.

Freelander 05 immobilizer system

HI there.

Made a copy of the Ignition key to my Landrover Freelander td4 2005 but the immobilizer system is killing the engine 2 sec after start. I opened the original key and found something that did look like a small magnet. Is it just a regular magnet or is it a special one? Any help getting around this security system?

Freelander 2 PCM replacement

Hi all.

I have EDC17CP42 PCM from Freelander 2 2012MY with some issues.
At first, can anyone answer what is it in the area 17F00 - 17F80? Is it some virtual eeprom or other kind of synchronization with vehicle?
Or replacement eeprom is enough?

In attachments my flash and file from web for compare.


Back story. Car was drowned in the lake. After restoring electronics, there is error still. Engine is in low power mode, and there is P2263-22 - Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost System Performance - Signal amplitude > maximum. At the same time turbo works at maximum capacity, and then, after several trip: P0108 (Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input) appear.
In screenshot: violet - Manifold Absolute Pressure, cyan - engine rpm, blue - turbo actuator position.

Hello,
I have a problem with Ford Fiesta 2005
Visteon-Instrument cluster

I try to modify mileage and error message appear instead of km
I use Digimaster III
desolder 24c08 chip,modiffy km and when I put bak intrument cluster,the car shows error message instead of km.
I read the km after modiffication and all ok....
when I put Delphi on the car it shows me 1344245..km(1milion+)
The error code read by tester was B1342 (Ecu Is Faulted)
Car starts....
Any advice?

Hi, I need to install used PCM module on Ford Fiesta 2007. I have VXDIAG VCX NANO for Ford/Mazda. I have experience of PCM program + PATS only with Mazda IDS.
What is the right version of Ford IDS for this procedure?
Is it Ford IDS v86 + C81?

Ford Transit 2.4 TD has problem

Hello mhh members
I have problem with ford transit 2.4 TD 2002 (DOFA). I check with my VCM II diagnostic tool there are not trouble codes , every parameters are correct. The problem is that when i try to start the engine it immediately stops. Crancshaft sensor is counting, temperature is normal , No problems with IMMO. Supply on fuel pump is stable.

Ford IDS calibration issues

Hello mates.
I have a question about calibration files and the capability of the IDS ( cracked) to do reprogramming or programming.
I am using both IDS versions V81 ( full DVD inler) and V86 ( only IDS full installer) on different PC.
Calibration C81 is installed on both.

First question:
After I start the IDS software i go to the display options that show IDS version and Calibration file version.
In V81 I can see the software version and calibration file but in V86 I only see software version, there is NO indication of calibration files, even the calibration option is not there.
Is that normal in version v86 and up?
Or do have limted V86 installer and I need the full DVD to have al the features installed?

Second question
If I have the calibration files C81 installed can I do PCM and FICM reprograming in a 2003 Ford F-350 with the 6,0 liter diesel engine?

I used the V86 once to change a PCM in a 2006 ford mustang, and I installed a used PCM, so I guess it was ok, but now I am not sure.

Third and last question.
Can I install a used FICM on another vehicle and reporgram that module to make it work ?

Hi,

Due to my Ford Fiesta 1.6TiVCT has swap gearbox from PowerShift to 5 Speed Manual. So i need to reflash PCM calibration file of 5 speed manual to PCM. But IDS require PCM Part number or Tear tag of Manual transmission. anybody give me PCM Part number or Tear tag of Ford Fiesta 2011 1.6 TiVCT ?

Could someone help me with the CAN LINE data for SCCM for ford fusion 2014, and i also want to know how many powers goes to the SCCM, i am seeing one main B+, should there be also ignition...

this car the turn signal is not working, the wiper is not, the headlight switch is not, there is u0212 in the bcm, and all items which are not working code shows,

even though a reflash has being done to the bcm yet still the issue still pend... sccm has being replaced, but no communication

Range Rover Evoque Steering Rack Virginise

Can anyone suggest a fix or if it is possible to Recode a Second Hand/ Used Steering Rack to a 2014 Range Rover Evoque.

I have been given a car with numerous faults and the major one is the Steering Rack (No Power Steering ) The rack has been replaced because of accident damage and the old one disposed of.
The New rack is still showing the VIN of the previous vehicle and faults which clear but return.
Tried with JLR SDD online and with dealer support. They say it needs a new rack, cannot code existing rack with old VIN.

Can anyone suggest otherwise?

I haven't tried to strip the Pump Motor Unit down yet as it is now fitted to the vehicle. Will arrange to have it removed if anyone is confident this can be done, or has done one.

Output shaft seal on a 5R110W

So, I'm working on a 2010 Ford E450 with a 5R110W Torqshift transmission. The output shaft seal is leaking, has a two piece seal one outer, and an inner locknut/seal. Needs a special tool, so I called up a few transmission rebuilders I know, all told me they have never seen one leak. Now the issue, I have the special socket, and did the procedure from all data and ford service manual. Heat it up to melt the thread lock on it, and unbolt. Well I had a 3ft 1/2 breaker bar on it, and then another 5ft pipe, breaker bar bending, pipe bent and this nut did not budge. Has anyone else done one? any tips? tricks to take this thing off? by the way the special socket broke which was $370 from ford.
