FORD F150 5.0 FLEXFUEL 2011. PDC PROBLEM AND HEADET MIRROR PROBLEM

HI , LIKE IN TOPIC I HAVE FORD F150 AND HAVE PROBLEM WITH READ PDC  PROBLEM, I SCAN A CAR AND THERE IS A FAULT FROM THE REAR RIGHT OUTTER SENSOR , I SWAP SENSOR FROM RIGHT TO THE LEFT BUT THE FAULT STILL EXIST IN RIGHT SIDE, I CHECKED WIRES BUT THEY ARE OK , IS IT POSSIBLE THE CONTROL MODULE COULD BE FAULTTY??

AND THE SECOND [PROBLEM IS HEATED MIRROR AND REAR WIND SHIELD, IT DOEASN'T WORK EVEN BUTTON FOR HEATING IS NOT WORKING WHEN I PRESS IT, I CHECKED ALL FUSES, BUT THEY ARE OK, I DON'T KNOW MAYBE I MISSED SOMEWHERE SOME FUSES BUT I THINK I CHECKED ALL OF THEM, 

MAYBE SOME HELP ??

discovery 3 problem

hello guys

i have land rover discovery 3, year 2008, i changed instrument cluster i got from a range rover sport because is the same, with original instrument cluster the car start, with second doesn't crank , i read 35080 from original instrument cluster, write to second but doesn't crank again,  so the problem is not eeprom or dump, i think maybe need any coding to the car. any idea guys?

hi all,

with VW Audi you can get self study packs (SSP) for helping to understand how a vehicle, engine, gearbox, bus network etc. in a vehicle works.   

does JLR have such packs, if so what are they called and where can they be found??

I need an advice and help to understand this system its EDC17C70. Car stalls after a while of driving and it can't be started again for aprox 50 min after it dies. It throws this [Image: all.jpg]



After i delete them it stays with this causing a no start

Freeze frame data doesnt contain any helpful info so i recorded live datda with launch.
On the first screenshot you can see sudden voltage rise on EGT bank 1 sensor 2 while EGT 12 in celcius still drops. I dont understand why, are theese different sensors? Cat temp bank 1 s 1 looks almost like egt 11 in celcius, same with cat temp bank 1 s 2 and egt 12. Does the cat and dpf have their own set of sensors? I dont have any wiring diagrams  and i can't rise the car so i can see only cat in the front of the engine.

on second screenshot you can see the car stall, nothing abnormal with temperatures in celcius but that voltage might be a clue if it is a temp sensor like the nr 9 from the screen below(i dunno of the system is the same, this is from different engine) There are no other live data temp sensor voltages and temps to look at no matter ids or launch.

I dont know why oil temp is showing - 40 degres launch and ids show it like that but no fault code, it mignt be not relevant. 


I  thought i try to reset learned egt values but even newest ids cant do it, neither static dpf regeneration. Its weird, is there any other way to get theese functions for 1.5 tdci in ids? I can see only obd modes fot powertrain...

Next thing i wanned to update pcm but when i try to do this i get this.. I use FVDI stic with newest ids, so it should go online.

Ford Etis update error - java heap space

After a failed update i'm trying to reinstall etis (2015). It's installed fine but now needs to update and i'm getting an error stating 'The computer running FordEtis IDS has run out of memory". In the error log its showing: java.lang.outofmemoryerror: java heap space.

I've tried setting the minimum/maximum heap space using -Xms1024m and -Xmx1024m but neither have an effect. I've had this issue before and got round it but I can't remember how. It's always when I reinstall and due to the large number of updates it needs to download after a reinstall.

Any ideas?

Landrover freelander 2007 2.2 tdi p1296-0b

Good evening guys,

Diagnosed a freelander today  with p1296-0b injector multiple faults bank 2.  Car starts but after a couple of seconds turns off.  After I clear the error, car starts again for another 2 seconds and turns off with p1296-0b.  

Could this be a faulty injector or a faulty ecu?

Hello, i am having really hard time with can bus, the problem is if on the can line is only ecu and bcm i can connect to both of them using diagnostic tools, if i connect lets say airbag module (doest really matter which module i connect) the bcm shuts off (i can hear relay click in bcm).Tried another bcm still was the same, tired only connecting can high and can low to airbag module only two wires still shuts off bcm,i do have a scope connected when it shuts off the communications are gone.Got all modules disconnected only bcm and ecu is connected on main high speed can.

Got a 2016 focus here with dead abs module, installed used abs unit but can't program it always code U2300 central configuration.
Tried with ids online, autel, forscan writing as built data and always U2300 code stays.

Anyone have any ideas?
