hi i have recently brought a 2013 transit custom, i have ids v88, i have tried to connect to the custom but have been unsuccesful so i am lookingt to upgrade to vcm 2.
i need to be able to code keys and pcm updates but i have seen it may need to connect online for this.
also there seam to be many diffrent types of vcm2 which one do you recomend also what virsion of software.

is there anyother device i could use to do the same job.

hi ,need some info got a kuga which has had the egr replaced and the new unit does not have the vac position sensor on it - apparently needs to have a pcm update from ford ?
is that correct or can it just be disabled in as built ? having ford ids issues that partition on pc not booting so can not see in config etc .
at the moment have codes of P042E:00:27 / P0490:00:27 and P042E P if thats any info

Can someone help me out. My pcm died and i i cant communicate with it to get the asbuilt data from it. I got a used pcm and this will be my first time attempting it with forscan. Thanks

Hello

Has anyone any experience with ford powershift transmission getrag 6dct450? I have big nightmares with this. Its a ford galaxy 2.0 tdci. The car firstly came with broken clutch, i repair this issue and client takes the car away. After 2 days the car came back again with pressure solenoid c problem and the nightmare starts. I bought brand new solenoid do basic settings and then the car has an other faut code (shift solenoid e) and gear forks stuck off. I bought all the solenoids brand new and i open the valvebody to clean it and inspected. I put this on the car but with the first start again fault codes... I clear the codes i do basic settings the diagnostic tool says thats all complete with no fault code but the car cant move. My next move is to open the tranny to inspected inside ..... Yes i found another problem such as problem with the box where forks sitted. I said thats the problem but no i put it on the car and still cant move still i have codes as forks stuck. Can anyone help me? Anyone with experience in these boxes. I wil appreciate your help

Hello Good day guys, customer claimed to replaced the timing chain on this 2.0 GTDi eco boost, timings were carried out correctly with repair manual, now this code is showing intermittently and appears around WOT, can anyone recommend or suggest what may cause this fault code? thanks

Hello, 

Ford service cannot code rear camera on this veihle anymore;
VIN: WF0AXXWPMAKE053XX
seems that ford have locked this coding/programming function.


Possible to do it with other tool?
Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

I have locked my keys (the only one) inside the boot of my Jaguar S-type R6 2001 series,
I have injected the 12V (13V) from a 100A battery from the front box in the bonnet,
but no way to open the boot, as the alarm is on.
For example I can open the gas tank access hatch.
But there is no way to release the boot with the interior button.
In fact when I open the doors the alarm is hitted.

So I think I have to disable it before I can open the boot.

The Question is how do I disable the alarm?
Or how do I access the boot from the rear seat of the car?
Or how do I unlock the drivers doors without the key?

Please help
I am blocked in the bush

Hi all, Have problem with my interface, i want to use my bosch DOIP pathfinder interface with SDD.
I read somewhere that it can, but cannot find it anymore.
I know how to make ford vcm2 compatible with sdd try the same with doip interface but not work.

Any help needed thanks

hi guys I've got 3 faults on my car jaguar XF 2011 2.2 Diesel 

front end smash but only bonnet airbags where deployed 

new crash sensors fitted to front bumper but these faults won't clear,

 also tried another airbag unit which they said there was no crash data on it , but still getting the same issue.

fault codes are ,

J_14229_DTC B0090

Any help with these would be great thanks

I have a 2013 Range Rover sport that I do not have mechanical key for but do have a fob. The battery was removed to charge and one hood latch closed. I need to get the mechanical key code so I can open the door and open the hood.

Hi .. Maybe someone already has the problem. Have ... Ford galaxy 2011 with electronic handbrake. Error c2007 right engine. Motor can be controlled but with cable from the left motor without problems and cable from engine to control unit is also fine. Have tried used control unit .. Error has remained and engine is not controlled.

Can someone help me, I have a problem in Ford Fusion, it has an automatic Durashift change, the problem is the following, the engine starts and when I move the lever towards the car in the instrument cluster, the number 1 starts to flash, and the same problem when I move the lever towards the R, I have connected the diagnostic tool and I have tried to do the learning asm but the last step shows error, I attach photographs, sometimes in the tcm it shows software incompatibility error and also shows dtc U0415-20, can someone help me, I have also rescheduled the pcm but I can't get the automatic change to work
