2011 3.0 SDV6 sticky secondary turbo valve

Car is Range Sport.Hello friends i was have missed up vacuums on the engine when get assembled.From what i check have only error P22D3-71 and P22CF-71.....from under the car when somebody start give throttle on stand the vacuum seems lift up the valve but think with not such power and for that the sensor says is closed....??.


I check all vacuums check the selenoids and all and still cant finde the problem......even chek  the front  baypass valve...
