I have replaced downstream lambda probe on a 2013 Range Rover evoque 2.0 turbo-injection gasoline engine, but error P0420 - catalyst system efficiency below threshold (bank1) came back. Then I replaced the catalysator even though it looked like new. After 2 days check engine light came back. The engine does not smoke, everything runs perfectly, it has only 110000km. What could be the problem? It is a software related issue? Do I have to reflash anything? After I first replaced the lambda probe, the error came back after 1 week.
