transit 2.4 2005 boost pressure

Hello i have a problem with a transit 2005 2.4 tdci 101kw,
the engine have been replaced by a dealer for a second hand one,
and now it miss some power, there are no dtc stored and live data shows
0,35 boost pressure , dealer claims that this is a low turbo pressure engine.

but i like to know what the manual says, can not find a number in autodata

can anybody help me out on specs ?
