Jeep Grand Cherokee 2002

Heyho,
I need help desperately. I removed the dashboard, both cylinder head´s and all other stuff like seats floor ...
Today all things in the car again but now my anti theft system says both keys not allowed.

So How can I learn the keys for the car ?

I read I need a Witech or drbIII ? Is there any cheap solution ?
