Rangerover Velar FCIMB no comms ABS fault

Range Rover Velar
Intelligent emergency braking not available 
Cruise not available on dash
U0046-87 in ABS and IPC
No comms with FCIMB (dont think it has this fitted) assuming its the module that runs the rear HVAC system for rear passengers (doesn't have the panel in rear of console) 
No software updates available on any module
All the usual calibrations have been done
