new ford PCM programming error

hi every body

i am trying to program used PCM in FORD explorer 08
ihave two day subscription for FMP each time iam trying to program ECU give this error message

error code: 103-0x31 851082

i am using autel j2534 i think no issue with this

iam suspecting on the PCM part no though it taken from samilar car the part no on have slight difference

any body has similar issue ?
