2012 Range Rover Evoque

Hello all.
still learning with JLR programming, 

but have 2012 Evouqe with a used RDCM (Rear diff module)

Tried programming with SDD, files were there. 
But failed when it detected used VIN.

Old module is fried. will not comm.

Short of swapping MCUs over. What are my options here?
