Ford galaxy 2016 mk4 no crank no start

I'm stuck and need help. I have a 2016 Ford Galaxy MK4 with keyless entry that won't crank or start. Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Replaced ECM and PCM, programmed both using a Ford machine
- Programmed the key
- Replaced the fuse box and engine wiring loom

Despite these efforts, the car still won't crank. Here's what I've checked:
- Starter relay: has power, ground, and continuity
- Starter: has power and cranks if jump-started at the relay
- Live data shows "No ESCL" and no communication with PCM and ID receiver

Any advice on what to check next?
