Ford powershift no gears

Hi , I have a Ford S-max 2014 in garage with powershift transmission problem , the car suddenly lost all gears , I had looked the power ground etc.  All good , also checked inside no plastic parts from clutch,  I cleaned shift forks .. nothing , don't want to move . Only faults showing shift fork stuck A B C D ...  basically all stuck . If I clear the fault,  need time to return . But first returning is Shift fork D stuck .
Has anyone idea what could it be ? Or maybe had a similar experiences? 
Also interested if anyone repairs this transmission in Germany if yes can send me a PM .
