Land Rover Discovery 4 BCM

Hi after disconnecting battery, I have error: Smart key not found. No communication with BCM. Probably corrupted eeprom. 
I can convert dflash to eee, in the end I have 2kb EEE. Is there anything I need to know to write EEE using Multi-Prog? I need to do something with partitioning?
