can anyone help ? not personally seen vehicle at minute .its a strange one - vehicle had 4 x new injectors around 8 months ago - it did 900 miles then developed this fault of around 2000 rpm it cuts - comes up with injector 1&3 - these are siemens injectors GK2Q-9K546-AC
the new injectors have been sent back to suppliers and passed testing , they have been refitted and still same issue ,so swapped over 1&3 to 2 &4 and issue moved to 2 &4 - injectors again sent to suppliers and passed testing , when they returned i have tested and they passed fuel delivery and electrical tests - swapped the 2 supposed faulty injectors for 2 known good and still the same . so the injectors have been tested 3 times twice by our supplier on a hartridge bench and by us on a bosch bench
. apparently fault moved with injectors ,but these have been swapped as well and still comes up with fault with completely different injectors - i am waiting on our customer to arrange the vehicle to come in to me to have a check and see if i can figure it out
