Programing used bcm on Ford focus 3

Hello 

I have a Ford Focus 1.0 eco boost from 2014 where I want to change te bcm for a used one 

I have a autel 919 and a xtool 100 max key programmer... 

When I do the PMI the autel says it's succeeded but the as built data ore vin doesn't change... Do I have to do a pats resset and program keys before doing the as build data ore PMI?? 

It also would be nice if somebody could help me remotely
