2018 Land Rover Discovery replaced Bcm and programmed thru Topix Cloud. Vehicle will not recognize they keys at all and was not problem before or the reason for bcm replacement. reading service info said to pull configuration from orignal bcm first but could never find how to do that in topix cloud. service info also said the RFA needed replaced as well unless vehicle was North American Spec which it is. Looking for anyone that solution or can tell me what step went wrong before I buy another sub scription to topix cloud.
Edited: car came in for door ajar light on and draining the battery, test showed at bcm connector the door would ground the wire but bcm would not recognize the door was shut. The bcm was new from dealer and after the bcm was change using topix the bcm had one code for right side steering wheel switch pack which we verify was bad prior to bcm. autel scanner registered 4 codes all saying central configuration missing or not configured.
