2005 Ford FreeStar Van - Crank But no Start.

I got a 2005 ford freestar that cranks but dosent start..
Checked All Fuse's..
Added Fuel to the gas tank
Cranks But dosent Start
New Battery and Alternator.
RPMS / Tach Gauge Work, go up when the engine cranks over.


Codes? One for TPS LOW Pending / Active Code..
Spark PLugs are Rusted to crap and worn on the electroid. gonna replace them..
Will run with ether after work to check if the ignition system is working. if its a fuel supply issue.

Anyone have expericance on these? Let me know your findings...
