BCM replacement gone wrong on 2012 Range Rover

I had to replace the BCM on a 2012 Range Rover.  I had the old BCM in, scanned the system with v164 of JLR SDD. Entered into engineering mode and was able to run replace BCM module. Everything downloaded and I got to the part where it asks if the old one was in there and I said Yes and it seemed to be copying that, then I was prompted to put in the new module (module was used so it was already coded with a vin).  I did that and everything went smoothly for like the next 30 minutes.  It was almost completed when I had my first issue of not being able to put the car in position 2 (on) as the original fob I started with was now saying there was no FOB In the car so the new programming locked me out before it could get to the key coding part.

Now I was able to re-key the fob to new BCM using the SDD software later that day but I noticed a slew of issues that I am seeing now.  Headlights/tail lights are on constantly, no turn signals, steering wheel adjustment not working.  I am sure there is some other stuff not working which I haven't found yet.

I'm at a loss right now of what to do?  Do I try to reinstall the BCM by selecting new module instead of what I did before and hope it codes it properly to the vin on the car? Obviously quite a few things did not get programmed right when I copied off the original BCM.
