2006 spot bcm replacement, and all key lost

I've got problem with Range rover sport 2006.

Bcm was damaged. I bought another one from ebay same part number and hw number

I fit bcm in car and did bcm replacement procedure with JLR. But it failed when adding key at the end. Took the bcm home and try to do akl with autel 508, but unsuccessful. After this bcm is bricked. Bought another one read bouth memories pic and motorola vith vvdi prog .

I know i have to change vin but when i do chane vin in eprom and try to generate dealer key from dump the file is not working.


Please help.
