Vehicle: Ford Galaxy 59 plate 2.2 diesel - Q4BA engine code.
Hi everyone, hopefully someone can point me in right direction with this Ford galaxy.
Vehicle is cranking but no start. Fault codes are P0201 P0202 P0203 P0204 - All injector circuit open.
The curve ball for us is that its stating all 4? they share nothing in common from the wiring diagrams we have had. Tested all wiring from injectors to ecu for resistance and all ok, no breaks. Also tested each to earth encase one was shorting but all ok.
We have a few more tests to do on the oscilloscope today to see the injectors when cranking but initial looks it all looks good.
In the mean time has anyone got any idea or had an issue like this with all 4 injectors? every now and again it will start for a second and cut out. Fuel rail pressure is reaching over 30mpa on crank.
