Ford Kuga, no start problem.

Hello everyone. I have a 2008 ford kuga with a no start problem. I would like to know which is the best tool I can use to read and write the GEM, or body control module of this car. Nothing responds on the car except doors to open and lock. Radio, windows, wipers, turn signals etc do not work.
