Ford Fiesta RCM lost as built data

Hi there folks ,,, i have this weird situation at my hands right now .....

This Ford fiesta 2013 1.25 came to me to remove the Tyre Pressure Monitoring system from the configuration .... (thing which i did before on a focus and a mondeo) .....

First i made a backup of the Central coding of the bcm (with my original avdi) .... then i proceeded and removed the TPMS system ! TPMS light is off ... all good ? no ! 
Airbag light is on and it gives me the U2300 configuration error  

• Tried restoring the backup file my avdi read ,,,, nothing ! avdi made a backup file with an electric steering lock (which my car hasn't) and car won't start!!! Avdi read the wrong backup ?  
  
• Tried ticking with the configuration myself ....... no matter how many stuff i correct myself the airbag light does not go off ...
  
• Tried the airbag coding procedure on many diagnostics (autel , bosch , texa) ,,,, nada ! 
  

Can someone please help with the as built data for my car ?? AVDI gives me these numbers but won't connect to their server
