Jeep renegade USA to EU radio

Hello guys, I have a problem with Jeep Renegade radio EU conversion it was bought from USA and shipped to EU. Now I need it to get right frequency and so on.. is it possible? If not I have an EU version radio everything works ok except it turns off after a while I think because of vin number missmatch? Any ideas how to change it or how to make USA one into EU one? Sorry for poor english. Any help apriciated.
