Jeep Grand Cherokee 2017 (WK) EPS Faulty

Hello Experts,

I have a  Jeep Grand Cherokee 2017 with DTC C15DB-00  EPS Disable. I saw this DTC in TSB attached. AS per TSB i MUST renew the EPS Module. Any idea if this can be repaired or not?

If ever I must get a new one do I need to make online programming.  Now my issue is that am interested to buy the MDP Original tool, as am not in USA, I manage to use VPN to create an official account which now i can buy the MDP (see attached)

I want to confirm if ever I get a new EPS, will I be able to program it online ?  I saw some videos that i need google Authenticator etc .

Does anyone here using same official tool with subscription but outside USA?
