Jaguar f pace

Hi all

After dead batteryn no ignition on its . several attempt on original no way .but used one I can diagnose but cannot programming so I bought new one and when programming it ask for new AFR

Now I cannot program it
Any help to do it without change AFR?

Can I use any other tool as Doip as no pathfinder have and need to ask one from other city for it?

I will pay of course for any help
