Came for repair, more precisely for diagnostics, Jeep Wrangler 2008 2.8 CRD with EDC16CP31 control unit.
The problem is this, when it reaches 2500-3100 it stalls, writes the error P0606. Internal processor is defective.
Work done:
Checking the wires from the injectors to the ECU is normal.
Checking all possible sensors for disconnection and recording errors for them, is normal.
Reading the parameters for fuel pressure, the regulator on the high-pressure fuel pump, is normal.
Removal and check of injectors at the stand Bosch is normal.
Replacement with a known good ECM with software check is normal.
I am at a dead end, I appeal to you, who has any other thoughts, please tell me?
