Hello everyone a little help if anyone has any experience,
i have got 2007 free lander with 2.2D ( same engine in ford c max )
the problem was couple of weeks ago this car came with a lot of black smoke and no power, i checked for codes it came up with P0045-19,P169F-00,P02E8-00
the problem was a split pipe in front of the intake flap, i changed that ( also the intercooler is leaking i can see a lot of oil ) anyway the smoke had gone and car had very good power, then the owner drove the car he could not get the car up to 60mph then he lost power to 50mph and then reduced more to 10mph, now when accelerating it picks very slow, it takes slowly ( it builds pressure but very slow in stand by you must put your foot all the way down, when driving in any gear it does not even build boost.
the car had same codes as before the intake flap was stuck i cleaned the intake flap which cleared this code P02E8-00
but the car is still the same not responding much.
the manifold flap actuator is broken from the manifold
the inter cooler is leaking
i tried without the cat ( i thought maybe it was blocked but no )
i found very strange in live data the calculated load is 60% on idle so something is restricting
any help is appreciated
