ford Kuga wont start help

Hello everyone;
i have ford kuga 2013 model,car wont start ,wont crank
in ecu i found the following faults
 -Transmission range sensor A circuit low
-ivalid data received from body control module

also transimission control wont communicate with diagnosis tester.
does this car has tcm?
or ecu is also act as tcm?
and why tcm is not communicating?can it be the source for the car not to start even cranking?
