Ford Ka 1.2 8v 2009 no start -solved-

Ford Ka 2009, 1.2 8v 

Car entered workshop as non runner. Lot of U-codes, no communication with ECU. However, ECU itself can be diagnosed. I cloned ECU with replacement ECU. No difference. Made replacement ECU virgin and IMMO code is not written in ECU. So communication between BSI and ECU must be reason why car dont start. I can see key is accepted in bodycomputer. Is it likely this bodycomputer has gone bad? I opened bodycomputer for water, nothing to be seen. Connectors dry as well. 

Fuelpump is freaking out when clutch (sensor) is pressed. Don't matter ECU 1 or second ECU.
